Product Information and Pricing

epiccart Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability information accurate and current. Should an error arise concerning product details, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the inaccurate information, at no cost to you. For products that naturally vary (such as handmade items or goods made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance compared to the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; epiccart Store cannot guarantee that products remain free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, chosen pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order remains subject to product availability and acceptance by epiccart Store. We retain the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and a valid government-issued ID will be required upon delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on epiccart Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "epiccart Store" name and branding — is the exclusive property of epiccart Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. User Responsibilities

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

epiccart Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
